SYHY, approved by the National Foreign Economic & Trade Administration, is a comprehensive foreign trade enterprise combined trading with industry as well technology, enjoying import and export customs-declaration right in all the China ports.It established long-term business relationship with customers from plenty of countries and areas, e.g. USA, Europe, Middle East, Japan, and Korea and etc in the principle of “strict contract execution, promise and credit keeping, mutual equality and benefit”. It established three joint-venture enterprises with USA, Japan and Korea clients sequentially. By the time, all the three enterprises started full production. Their situation are separately as follows:

1. Sino-America enterprise is established with America Shiying Co., Ltd. So far it is the largest jeans processing and washing factory in Shenyang with average annual production capacity of 1,200,000 pcs woven apparel.

2. Sino-Japan sweater enterprise is the joint venture with Japan South East Company with annual output of 800,000 pcs sweater.

3. Sino-Korea yarn-dying plant is our cooperation with Korea natural person-Mr.Shen Youde with annual yarn-dying capacity of 1000 ton..
